Delivery Service and Charges:
- We deliver exclusively through our dedicated Skyborne delivery team to maintain the highest quality of
service.
- Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from the restaurant to your designated delivery
address.
- The applicable delivery fee will be clearly stated at the time of placing the order so that you are
fully informed before you confirm your purchase.
Delivery Address and Authorization:
- Your order will be delivered to the address you designate as the delivery location at the time of
placing the order through the Skyborne app.
- Please ensure the delivery address, including any pertinent details for locating it, is accurate and
complete to avoid any delays.
- If you are not present to accept delivery at the specified address, we may need to cancel the order or
reschedule the delivery, which may incur additional charges.
Change of Address Policy:
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, changes to the delivery address are not permitted.
- Orders that cannot be delivered due to an address change will be cancelled, and a refund will not be
issued.
Customer Responsibilities:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide clear and accurate directions, information, and
authorization to accept delivery.
- Failure to provide adequate information or authorization for delivery may result in cancellation of the
order, and a refund may not be provided.
Delayed Delivery:
- Skyborne endeavors to ensure that your food is delivered within a maximum of 90 minutes from the time of
order. If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, you are eligible for a refund as per our Delayed
Delivery policy.
Additional Notes:
- Our delivery team will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated time
frame provided at the time of ordering.
- In the unlikely event of a delivery issue beyond our control, SKY BN SERVICES LLP will communicate
promptly with the affected customer to resolve the matter.
